1. Internal Assessment Structure (Assignments & Project Work)

As per the NIOS document:

Each Theory Course (1 to 6) = 25 Marks Internal Assessment

→ Total Internal Marks = 25 × 6 = 150 Marks

• Identify learning difficulties & prepare an intervention plan
• Interview 4-5 parents about parenting styles
• Analyze 10 newspaper articles on childhood issues
• Activity on Panch-Koshiya Vikas
• Analyze children’s play & behaviour
• Reflective essay on cultural differences in learning

How to Write:
– Minimum 5–7 pages per task
– Use child psychology concepts from course modules
– Include observation charts, examples, teacher reflections

COURSE 2 : Curriculum, Pedagogy & Assessment (25 Marks)

Choose any TWO tasks such as:

• Critical analysis of NEP 2020
• Visit & report on an innovative school
• Essay on integrating Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS)
• Compare curricular goals of Foundational & Preparatory Stage

COURSE 3 : Pedagogy of Language-I (Hindi/Regional) (25 Marks)

Choose ONE task from each section (Section 1 & Section 2).

Section 1 (Choose 1):

• Analyze NCF-FS 2022 language recommendations
• Critically review Class 1–2 language textbook
• Review Class 3–5 regional language textbook

Section 2 (Choose 1):

• Explain one block from Four-Block Model with examples
• Use one children’s literature book & create activities

• Assess oral language using five strategies

COURSE 4 : Pedagogy of Language-II (English) (25 Marks)

• Prepare a 7-10 day unit plan using Four Block Model

COURSE 5 : Pedagogy of Mathematics (25 Marks)

Although the file is truncated, NIOS commonly requires:
